The Human Resources team at Dell sought a new recruitment campaign that could not only reflect the unique value propositions offered by Dell, but also invite candidates to 'bring everything they are'. Within the campaign there was a need to develop a visual system to convey the six unique employee value propositions.

ILLUSTRATION
Each glyph uses the circle to represent the candidate in relation to the six value propositions: breakthrough thinking, growth, rewards, work mobility, corporate social responsibility and culture.



PRINT
Within the campaign each glyph would be used as a tertiary element to reinforce the main message as it related to the value proposition. At any touchpoint the glyphs are intended to act as the copy’s supporting visual metaphor.
