A Dutch-based development company sought a re-brand upon expanding their portfolio offerings with more homes and office spaces that reflected the needs of a clientele base keenly aware of design and eco-friendly amenities. The new logomark needed to indicate a modern sophistication in order to communicate Nord Huis understood the rising taste-levels of discerning tenants, property owners and buyers.
