Dell Startup Village highlighted an end-to-end solution story featuring Current Motor at SXSW with their latest all-electric scooter complete by Dell android hardware for navigation, cloud services and mobile communication. The illustration and iconography celebrate the scooter's capabilities and Austin, Texas during the SXSW conference.

ELECTRIC SCOOTER
The design for the scooter needed to showcase the fun atmosphere of Austin, Texas during the SXSW festival and highlight the full range of solutions available due to Dell technology all while highlighting the entrepreneurial spirit.
The Current Motor EV is digital, largely thanks to help provided by Dell engineers. The EV is connected to the Cloud and exchanges data in real time about performance and battery life, which it displays on its digital dash or on a smart phone, resolving for its riders the issue of range anxiety.
ILLUSTRATION & ICONOGRAPHY
The idea for the art was simple—remain true to the Dell illustration style, co-brand a Dell/SXSW event and communicate a fun and energetic 'Powered by Dell' theme for Austin to witness during the conference.
